1790 - 1817 Indexes to Administrative Accounts for the Register of Wills Records

1634 - 1940 Index to Will and Probate Records
A joint project by the Maryland State Archives, Comptroller of the Treasury, Register of Wills and FamilySearch. This project began in 2013. The volunteers are working on indexing all the counties in Maryland. Baltimore and Carroll counties have also been completed. If you would like to volunteer to help with this project, please email

The annual membership of $25.00 is used to cover the costs of publishing our publications and operating expenses of the USGS Research Center and is for one year beginning on the date you pay your dues.
